When Lois first embarked upon Real Estate some 20 years ago she developed a keen interest in people and has an innate ability to communicate.
Having established herself in Lennox Head with her unique and stylish approach to the Real Estate Industry, Lois expanded in 2008 and opened a sister office in Bangalow.
A dedicated and hard working individual Lois is a well respected member of the community and proudly sponsors many of the sports clubs,
schools and charities in both Lennox Head and Bangalow.
Lois has accomplished her goal to run a successful Real Estate Agency offering a supportive and encouraging environment for both staff and clients and, as a result, has become one of the most respected members in the community.
Elise Benson is a Property Sales Consultant and has expanded her client base with hard work, dedication and honesty.
Four years in the Real Estate Industry and previously being a Small Business owner she has a strong understanding of
customer service and an innate ability to take care of clients.
With a private property portfolio Elise is more than familiar with the process of buying, selling and renting property and,
after several years in the industry, is very committed to achieving great results.
Her caring nature and bright outlook add a personal touch to all that she does.
Yonika Mantel has recently joined the team as the Personal Assistant to the Principal / Licensee, Lois.
Her interest in everything “Real Estate” finally won over and Yonika decided to transfer both her people and event management skills into the Real Estate Industry.
Yonika is thrilled to be a part of the team and now calls Lennox Head home, where she lives with her husband and 2 young sons who attend the local pre and primary school at Lennox Head.
Karen Stone has a wealth of experience in many aspects of the Real Estate Industry and has been actively working in the area for over 12 years.
Karen is a key member of our staff with the ability and focus to take care of all the challenges that arise in Property Management.
With excellent people skills, attention to detail and a determined attitude, Karen, through her committed approach to work, offers our landlords and tenants a satisfying Real Estate experience.
Marie Hauge and her family (Ralph and Elia) did the “sea-change” from Sydney to the Byron
Hinterland in 2001 and her daughter attended Bangalow Public before moving to Byron Bay High School. When she relocated she left behind a well established Real Estate Agency in Neutral Bay with a rent roll of over 600 properties. After 32 years in the industry, her bright and optimistic personality and positive attitude ensures excellent staff moral and her dedication to achieve the best outcomes reflects in all that does.
Italian born and brought up in a family of restauranteurs she has a passion for food and occasionally hosts cooking classes with Bangalow Cooking School.
Dylan McCready is working in Sales Support and specialises in advertising and marketing for both Lennox Head and Bangalow offices. With a flair for layout and presentation his skills assist in presenting all our properties at their very best, enhancing the image and ensuring their profile is in keeping with the Lois Buckett brand of marketing.
He has a young and enthusiastic approach to work and life in general with an enormous amount of vitality. A life time passion for music and acoustic guitar has allowed Dylan to express himself through his music and associate with a large cross section of the community – giving him excellent people skills.
Dylan joined our team over 7 years ago and brings with her a wealth of experience in Property Management and Real Estate having been in industry since 1978.
Paula de Vos is our Front Desk Receptionist and Holiday Lettings Manager who has a caring and personal attitude which shines through in her smile and approach to clients.
Paula grew up in Cornwall, England and has lived and worked in and around the Byron Shire for the past 20 years, the last five of which she has had in Real Estate.
Now a resident in Lennox Head, Paula is looking forward to getting to know the southern side of the shire and calling it home.
With her passion for customer service and helping people, Paula is delighted to be part of the Lois Buckett Real Estate team.
Kayla Bax is the newest memeber of our team and is undergoing a traineeship in Property Management.
Working with Karen Stone, our Property Manager, Kayla brings a bright and enthusiastic approach to her work and the office environment.
In her own words, Kayla is “very excited to begin my journey in real estate with the team at Lois Buckett”.
Kayla has been a resident in the area for 12 years and has more than 5 years experience in the customer service industry. She is vibrant, outgoing and highly capable with excellent skills and attention to details. Having always had an interest in Real Estate she is passionate about helping others, loves to travel, and harbours a keen interest in everything artistic
